Commonly known on the market as floating, MULTILAYER pavement are composed pavements, consisting of a hardwood cover glued on a plywood basis, offering the option of cork on the lower layer. MULTILAYER pavement is a masterpiece in engineering as it allows rationalization of wood (reduced environmental impact) while reducing variations subsequent to exposure to humidity.

Durability: durable wood. Unlikely to attack by fungi and borers.
Technological properties:
• Workability: some difficulties due to contrafio.
• Drying: relatively slow and easy to perform. It shows little tendency to open cracks or warping.
• Finish: good, however, calcareous deposits may impair the adhesion of the finishing product.
• Bonding: glue satisfactorily.
